There are two types of returns at SupplyCity.
This type of return is for items that you have ordered in error, no longer need or have simply changed your mind about. Once the product is received at our warehouse, you will receive a refund for your purchase, minus any shipping and handling fees that may apply. The return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds for product returns will be accepted and issued after the below criteria is met:
- The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the receipt of your order
- Tracking information must be provided to us within 2 days for return packages
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must be returned in whole (e.g. a casepack missing an item will not be accepted)
- The item must be returned in the condition that it was received
Damaged Product Returns
This type of return is for items that have arrived to you in a damaged/defective condition or the wrong item has been sent to you (not the item on your order). These returns are eligible for a full monetary refund as long as the item is truly damaged/defected or the wrong item. Please call a Customer Service Representative within 3 business days of receipt of the order including the details and proof for reason of return. All return requests must include order number, a brief description of the request and, in the case of damaged/defective goods, clear images showing the damage or unuseable item(s).
Refunds will be accepted and issued after
- Your item is received back at our designated warehouse
- The item has been inspected and has met all return criteria above based on the type of return.
